GOT QUESTIONS?

WHICH ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE AS SAMPLES?

As outlined in the Working Together section, samples of all palette options may be requested to provide peace of mind about your color selection. Each palette assortment consists of the exterior bookcloth, interior endsheets, text sheet, translucent patterned sheet with matching envelope, and complementary wax seal and ribbon. There is a nominal charge of $10.00 for this service which will be credited to your first order. PLEASE ORDER SAMPLES HERE.


WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY SAMPLES?

Sample orders ship within 3 business days from our studio outside of Philadelphia, with arrival times dependent on your location.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?

For vow and guest books, please place orders at least 8 weeks before your wedding date to allow ample time for the creative and fulfillment process and to write your vows in the book. If you choose to have your vows written in calligraphy, all copy must be submitted at the time your order is placed.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Order fulfillment takes approximately 4 weeks: a little over one week for the content and design phase, two weeks for production and the remaining week for shipping. Order fulfillment times are listed with the details on each individual item page. As with samples, all orders are shipped from our studio outside of Philadelphia and delivery times vary depending on your location.

CAN I RUSH THE ORDER PROCESS FOR A FASTER DELIVERY OF MY ITEMS?

Due to the quality controls built-in to our process, we regretfully cannot offer rush orders at this time. The design, production and packaging of your order require a minimum time frame designed to ensure that the final product exceeds your expectations.

MAY I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE I’VE PLACED IT?

It’ s ideal to make final selections for your handcrafted books when placing an order through our website. Once an order is placed, change fees apply to specific adjustments made to your design and/or paper selections at various stages throughout the order fulfillment process. Please review these guidelines within the terms and conditions listed on the ‘ Our Process’ page.


CAN I SEE A PREVIEW OF MY DESIGN BEFORE ORDERING?

The overall design and layout is as shown, with each element carefully typeset and thoughtfully designed. We furnish a PDF proof for you to approve the customized fields prior to final print.

CAN I CUSTOMIZE THE ARTWORK?

All of the items in our collections are semi-custom with a wide range of design options. Within each design, there are a number of variable elements that you can choose from when ordering, as well as a number of fixed features.

WHAT ELEMENTS WITHIN THE STATIONERY ARE CUSTOMIZABLE?

Within each of our designs, there are a number of constant features and a number of variable ones. The personalization of your design involves modifications to the variable features of your specific item of interest. Please review the “Personalization” guidelines within each item page.

CAN I MODIFY THE SIZE/DIMENSIONS OF ANY OF YOUR ITEMS?

We are unable to modify our items to custom dimensions as our production process has been designed specifically for our established item sizes.

Our design services focus on the carefully curated collections presented on our website and unfortunately we are not accepting other requests at this time. Your feedback is always welcome, though, so please let us now what you’ d like to see offered in the future.

I’VE PLACED AN ORDER AND AM INTERESTED IN HAVING MY VOWS HANDWRITTEN IN CALLIGRAPHY. HOW CAN I PROVIDE THIS CONTENT? HOW IS THE COST CALCULATED AND PAYMENT MADE?

When placing your order, please select “Handwritten Calligraphy” in the Optional Add-On drop-down menu. The Art of Etiquette team will contact you within 1-2 business days to receive your vow details. The cost is calculated based on word count and will be invoiced separately.

IN THE DESIGN PHASE OF MY ORDER, HOW MANY REVISIONS ARE INCLUDED?

Our standard order schedules and fulfillment times are based upon two rounds of design revisions during the design phase. Additional rounds of revisions could impact your initial delivery date, which may be adjusted accordingly.

WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE?

The Art of Etiquette sources the highest quality paper for our production techniques. We invite you to order samples to get a sense of the various paper weights, textures and colors available.
